“I have always been fascinated by the way nutrition influences our mood and behaviour. I’m passionate about sharing the science behind how we can use diet and lifestyle to improve mental health, cognitive and physical performance.

I bring to my practice over 20 years of experience including 14 years serving in the Royal Australian Air Force. A key segment of my service to others is a special interest in working with our Army, Navy and Air Force Personnel, Special Forces, Veterans and First Responder Communities experiencing Post Traumatic Stress.

What grounds me most and what makes me grateful every day are the people I work with face to face. I am humbled and honoured to be a part of their journey into health.
