About Jodi

Everything I do comes down to one big goal – to share the best information from evidence-based practice in a way that’s simple, relatable, and effective to help people lead healthier, happier lives

Jodi

Jodi is a practicing Clinical Nutritionist, Yoga Practitioner and Wellbeing Facilitator. She specialises in delivering wellbeing programs, keynote speaking and seminars, and has provided her wellness and nutrition services to high level teams including Australian Military Special Forces.

I have always been fascinated by the way nutrition influences our mood and behaviour. I’m passionate about sharing the science behind how we can use diet and lifestyle to improve mental health, cognitive and physical performance. I bring to my practice 14 years serving in the Royal Australian Air Force and have a special interest in working with military, veterans and first responders experiencing Post Traumatic Stress.

What grounds me most and what makes me grateful every day are the people I work with face to face. I am humbled and honoured to be a part of their journey into health. I have had the opportunity to work with some brilliant organisations who are dedicated to improving the wellbeing of their people and community.
