Corporate Wellbeing Programs support all aspects of employee health and wellbeing, so they can be productive and fuel their performance in life and work. Programs are designed with the specific audience in mind, focusing on improving morale, physical and mental health and social connection.
Jodi combines her military leadership, strategic skills and lifelong passion for health and wellbeing to guide organisations in designing and implementing employee wellbeing strategies.
Jodi offers custom programs and presentations covering topics such as:

- Nutrition Seminars and Workshops
All wellbeing services can be delivered face to face or online, including:
- Online live webinars
- Lunch and Learn sessions (30mins to 1hr)
- half-day or full-day workshops
Jodi has experience in facilitating group and one-on-one sessions in short, full-day and retreat environments. She also has a team of experienced mental health clinicians, counsellors, yoga and meditation teachers and exercise physiologists to assist in delivering larger programs and retreats.
