Military, Veteran & First Responder Programs

Specialised Programs for Those Who Serve Our Community

Drawing on her experience as a former member of the Royal Australian Air Force, Jodi understands the unique physical and psychological demands placed on military personnel, veterans, and first responders. Her presentations acknowledge the realities of service life while delivering practical, evidence-based strategies to support both physical and mental wellbeing.

Workshop & Retreat Facilitation

Jodi facilitates workshops and retreats grounded in real-world application. Her approach focuses on the core pillars of wellbeing—nutrition, sleep, movement, mindset, and connection.

Her work integrates trauma-informed education, including a nuanced understanding of post-traumatic stress, the physiological impact of chronic stress, and the emerging science of post-traumatic growth. These sessions are designed to be both accessible and immediately applicable for those working in high-pressure environments.

Work with Veterans and current serving ADF members

Jodi has worked with RAAF military units, presenting nutrition for performance and wellbeing.  She’s also facilitated adventure training and wellbeing programmes for both military units and current and former special forces operators, as well as women veterans’ wellbeing retreats.

Work with Queensland & Victoria Police

Jodi has delivered Tactical Nutrition and Wellbeing programs to current serving members within Queensland Police Service and Victoria Police. These programs are tailored to the operational realities of policing, addressing the compounding effects of shift work, fatigue, stress exposure, and organisational demands.

Her work focuses on equipping members with practical strategies to optimise energy, recovery, cognitive performance, and long-term health. By integrating Tactical Nutrition principles with mental wellbeing frameworks, Jodi supports members to sustain performance while protecting their overall wellbeing across the span of their careers.

Why Work With Jodi

Jodi combines lived experience with professional expertise, enabling her to build immediate rapport and trust within this community. Her delivery style is warm, direct, and grounded in a deep respect for the culture and realities of service life.

Organisations consistently engage her because her sessions feel different—practical, relevant, and tailored specifically to the needs of the audience. Participants leave with tools they can apply immediately, both on and off duty.
