Jodi is currently available for consultations via phone or online. One-on-one sessions last around 60-90mins, in which we will determine your goals and develop a tailored health plan, fit just for you.
Initial Consultation – 1 hour @ A$165
Follow-up Consultation – 45mins @ A$125

ADF + Veteran + First Responder Wellbeing
Programs include facilitating the highly successful Mates4Mates 3 Day Wellness program for transitioning ADF personnel and veterans throughout Australia. This program covers tools for transition and resilience including diet and sleep, yoga, and mindfulness based strategies.
Working with 4 Aussie Heroes Foundation since inception, Jodi presents Nutrition and Healthy Eating sessions, 1:1 Nutrition Consultations and group Trauma Sensitive Yoga as part of their Triumph Over Trauma Program.

Jodi uses her personal experience and knowledge in behavioural science teaching Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Meditation to help people experiencing pain, anxiety, depression and PTSD.
Sessions and introductory courses or workshops are facilitated via face to face and live-streamed online nationally.
Australian Defence Force, Veteran and family members of Mates4Mates can access regular Trauma Sensitive Yoga with Jodi both in-person at the Family Recovery Centre in Milton, Brisbane and live streamed nationally each week. To find out more you can register with Mates4Mates HERE.
