About Jodi

As a clinical nutritionist, speaker, and facilitator, I am passionate about sharing the latest research and insights in nutrition, mental health, performance, and wellbeing.

After 14 years in the Royal Australian Air Force, I gained a deep understanding of high-stress environments and the real impact they can have on the body and mind.

My approach goes beyond quick fixes. I weave together current scientific research, evidence-based practice and my own lived experience to present sustainable strategies for long-term wellbeing. This empowers people to promote their own healing and of those around them.

Whether through private consultations, online courses, wellness programs, or speaking engagements, my aim is to empower people with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to take control of their health and thrive.
