About Jodi

Hi, I’m Jodi.
As a Clinical Nutritionist, Counsellor, Speaker, and Group Facilitator I have a passion for helping people improve their health, wellbeing, and quality of life through evidence-based, trauma-informed practice.
After 14 years of service in the Royal Australian Air Force, I witnessed firsthand the impact that chronic stress, trauma, injury, and life transitions can have on both physical and mental health.
Those experiences sparked my ongoing passion to continually research and understand how we can better deliver and support recovery, resilience, and wellbeing practices that shape my work with veterans, first responders, organisations, and individuals navigating chronic stress, trauma, post-traumatic stress, moral injury, and burnout.
By combining current research, professional expertise, and lived experience, I help inform people with new knowledge and tools to better understand their health, build resilience, and develop practical strategies that support long-term wellbeing.
I provide a range of services for individuals and groups of varying sizes, including individual consultations, workshops, retreats, wellbeing programs, and educational presentations focused on nutrition, mental health, trauma recovery, performance, and post-traumatic growth. My goal is to translate complex science into practical, accessible tools that people can apply in everyday life.
